The Last Minute Date Night!

It's FINALLY Friday and your Honey, your Hubby, your Love, your Boo-Bae has made big plans for you tonight. Your excited, but your hair is a mess! AND You have nothing to wear!  (Not to mention you got off work late) What are you going to do?  Well here are a few tips and tricks I use when I am asked out on a last-minute date!

Pre-plan

If you are like me, I shop ALL the time and purchase random, but cute outfits for any occasion. I usually start on Pinterest gather inspiration and then proceed to the clearance racks. I am not wealthy (yet) and use bargains as great way to build my wardrobe quickly.  If I can not find what I am looking for on the clearance rack I proceed to the sale rack and look for coupons. (Save where you can Sis!) Pre-styling your wardrobe, makes its easier for you to run home and get dress without the fuss and hassle of rummaging through the closet or laundry room. I have 3 or 4 over the door racks with clothes matched together! Stay ready, so you don't have to get ready,

Hair care

If you are constantly taking great care of your hair, whether its consist salon visits or at home maintenance, your hair will behave! Consist hydration, tying the hair down are just a couple of tricks that will help make styling the hair a lot easier.  Always keep a makeup bag with ponytail holders, hairpins, and a small can of hair spray in your purse. Along with a comb, these items are readily available for a quick style change just in case humidity or rain should occur!

Beauty Regime

Pick a night that is usually slow for you. Use it as a beauty regime night. Do things like deep condition your hair, facials, shave, mani/pedis eyebrow threading. If you keep a schedule you will never have to worry about rushing to do these things right before a date. Once a week for deep conditions, facials and shaving. Eyebrows and mani/pedi's should be bi-weekly unless it needs to be done weekly or monthly.

There you have it a few of the things I do to maintain my cuteness during a busy work week and social life. I've found these tips are time savers and cut down on the 'delay to date night"  Hope it is helpful to you!!! Have a great social life. I wish you many dates with your mate!
